1. Kickstart Meeting

After reaching out, a WC team member will reach out to establish the best time to discuss your needs. Together, we can discuss your current Joomla version and where you would like to take your website.

2. Evaluation

Following the Kickstart meeting, our team will evaluate your current Joomla site. Regardless of the version, we will list any design or component issues. Once the evaluation is done, we will send you an estimate that features an itemized list of what needs to be done to update your website to the latest Joomla version. We will also estimate the time required to complete the upgrade.

3. Update

We will create a copy of your site and put it on our secure server, where we can perform the update. By doing this, visitors will still have uninterrupted access to the current site. We will ask you to refrain from making any additional changes to your site while the update is being completed.
