Terms & Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions for purchasing products through the Web Central platform. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Please note that all legal communications shall be held through Stimulus, LLC dba Web Central ("Joomla Web Central," "JWC," "WC").

1. Purchasing an Extension

Each extension has its own subscription policy. While some extensions are provided free of charge, other extensions will need to be purchased. Purchasing an extension will buy you full access to the extension's latest version and updates and premium support for one year. By purchasing an extension, you agree that:

  • All GPL extensions by webcentral.com are released as Open Source GNU GPL v2.0 license releases and as such there are no other limitations or other conditions beyond those stated as per the GNU GPL v2.0 license.

  • There is no warranty or in any other way any form of liability on the side of JoomDonation.

  • Web Central reserves the right to offer discounts or permanent price changes at any moment, without prior notice.

  • After purchasing an extension, you can install and use it on unlimited websites/domains that you own. However, for each website/domain needing premium support, you must purchase a valid license of the extension for it.

  • A year after the purchase of an extension, you can still use the extension without restrictions, forever. You can keep installing the latest version that you have downloaded from our website on any website. However, you will no longer be able to get extension updates, security updates, or premium support unless you renew your subscription.

  • Although the number of downloads is not limited, an extension purchase, e.g., the account that purchased the extension, cannot be shared. Sharing or other methods which allow for multiple simultaneous downloads (and thereby affect the performance of this website) are strictly forbidden and may result in termination of the support and updates that came with your purchase.

2. Accept Payments

We currently accept payments with Debit, Credit Card via PayPal and PayPal accounts.

3. Warranty

JoomlaWebCentral.com extensions are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our extensions.

We can guarantee that our extensions are always compatible with the latest version of Joomla! However, we cannot guarantee that our extensions will function with all third-party Joomla! extensions as there is currently no certification process for such extensions.

4. Support

Customers that purchase an extension can log in and request our support for a period of one year after the purchase, for the purchased extension(s). One year after the purchase of the extension, the right to request support expires, and customers must re-purchase the extension to receive updates and premium support for the next year.

We provide support services through Support Tickets or our Contact Us page. Our support team is available Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. EST.

Web Central reserves the right to limit or cancel support in the following situations:

  • Unreasonable behavior by the client, such as bad language, racism, etc.

  • The client is not cooperative in providing additional details on the issues raised.

  • The client requires support for a website without a valid license of the extension on that website.

  • Requests for custom features that require modification of the extension to meet specific requirements. In such cases, we may consider developing it as custom work if feasible.

5. Refund Policy

We have a money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with one of our Joomla! extensions, for any reason, return it within 15 days and we will issue a full refund (excluding possible transaction costs). You can purchase and try all our extensions risk-free, and if they do not fit your needs, simply return them within 15 days.

Service Memberships

Web Central offers support plans available as either single purchases for a set number of hours or as monthly subscriptions. By purchasing a support plan, you agree to the following terms:

  • Once a support plan is purchased, the purchaser must complete a service contract provided by Web Central. Payments are made up front and then services will be provided based on the purchase.
  • Monthly subscriptions have a minimum commitment period of six (6) months.
  • Monthly subscriptions will automatically renew for an additional six (6) months.
  • Monthly subscriptions must be canceled in writing (through eMail or by the cancellation form) at least sixty (60) days in advance of the next commitment period.
  • Unused hours from monthly suscription plans do not roll over between six (6) month contracts specified in the service contract.

By purchasing a service membership, you acknowledge that Web Central is not liable for any damages arising from the implementation or use of recommendations or solutions provided under the support plan. Any additional terms and conditions specified in the service contract shall apply.
